  • The version of TaxCue you have installed
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot, if it helps show the problem

Please don’t email Social Security numbers, bank or card details, passwords or full tax returns. We will never ask you for them.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. To change or cancel one, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab).

Your data

For questions about your data, or to request that your TaxCue account and its data be deleted, email us. We may need to confirm the request came from you.

TaxCue provides tax information and organizes records. It is not a CPA, EA or attorney. Support can help with the app, but can’t give tax, legal or accounting advice for your situation.
